A signing and launch ceremony for the Institute for Collaborative Innovation in Literature and Journalism, to be co-built by the College of Literature and Journalism of Inner Mongolia University (IMU) and Shi Jian, amagazine, was held at IMU in Hohhot, capital of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Sept 5.
